Welcome to Trektonic Adventures. By booking any trek, tour, expedition, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Trektonic Adventures reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary.
2. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made using the payment methods approved by Trektonic Adventures.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
- Any applicable taxes, government fees, or permit charges will be charged as required.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Trektonic Adventures’ cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed departures, or early termination of the trip due to personal reasons.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Trektonic Adventures may modify or cancel an itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, road closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes will be made with the safety and well-being of participants as the highest priority.
5. Health & Fitness
- Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the selected trek or tour.
- Any medical condition, allergy, or ongoing treatment must be disclosed before the trip begins.
- Trektonic Adventures may refuse participation if a traveler is considered medically unfit or poses a safety risk.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
- Respect local customs, culture, wildlife, and the environment.
- Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
- Behave responsibly throughout the journey.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings is strongly recommended for all participants.
8. Liability
While Trektonic Adventures takes every reasonable precaution to ensure safety, adventure travel involves inherent risks. Trektonic Adventures shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, delays, loss of personal belongings, natural disasters, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Force Majeure
Trektonic Adventures shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, road closures, or severe weather conditions.
10. Photography & Media
During the trip, photographs and videos may be taken by Trektonic Adventures for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform us before the trip begins.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Trektonic Adventures website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Trektonic Adventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for booking management, customer support, and service improvements.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand, India.
